Do you take insurance?
In order to provide you the best care possible, our office has chosen not to contract with any insurance companies, and we do not take Medicare or Medicaid. However, we have created a series of prepaid plans that offer from 10% to 30% off our normal fees in order to give you quality care at an affordable rate.
We are happy to furnish non-Medicare/Medicaid patients with an itemized receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. We cannot guarantee reimbursement, as each insurance carrier and plan is different regarding coverage for chiropractic care in general, coverage for out-of-network providers, etc.
If you purchase a package, we will provide the receipt once you have used all of the sessions in that package. If you do not purchase a package, a receipt can be provided yearly, biannually, or quarterly, covering all care received during that time period up to the date of request.
